Catholic Charities NH, which operates seven skilled nursing facilities statewide, announced the creation of its...
Coping with COVID is a new online five-session program of support and information from Catholic Charities NH to help you better understand, manage and navigate the COVID-19 crisis, especially as we move into the winter months.
The crisis has changed how we live. You may be feeling isolated (and sometimes have had to be), stressed, anxious or frustrated. Hearing conflicting information may be confusing. Whether working from home or having “school at home” or missing friends and family or going to church – it takes its toll!
This program will attempt to help you feel less alone and help you understand sources of stress and teach helpful relaxation techniques. In a context of faith, we can also find the challenges and opportunities we may have in these difficult times. Learning and sharing, a bit of humor and camaraderie may help!
There is no cost to register or attend.
Session I: Learning about Covid-19 (includes medical guest speaker and opportunity for questions)
Session II: The Social adjustments we’re making – Social Etiquette in a time of Pandemic
Session III: How We Cope
Session IV: Coping Strategies (Session includes a mental health guest speaker)
Session V: Moving Forward
Registration is required and space is limited! To register, please fill out the information below to register. You may also register by calling the Berlin office at 603-752-1325.
If you are interested but cannot take part in the times above, please contact Elaine Frenette at efrenette@nh-cc.org. We will be offering this program again at differing times to attempt to accommodate people’s schedules.
