Addiction is a family disease

When addiction causes problems, not only does the person with the addiction suffer, but those around the person also suffer. The aim of this presentation is to provide information and resources that will help family members and other loved ones of individuals with addiction find ways to cope with and reduce their own suffering.

Presentation and Q&A session about the opioid crisis, how it affects your family, and what you can do about it.

Those who wish to learn more about the disease of addiction, treatment options, and how to improve family relationships through effective communication with the loved one suffering from addiction.

Licensed Catholic Charities counselors and other professionals with experience in substance use disorder
