Catholic Charities NH stands with New Hampshire individuals and families facing their darkest days — poverty, homelessness, hunger, mental health struggles, unsafe environments for children, and the growing isolation of seniors.
We are here for everyone – no matter their age, background, or beliefs. Thanks to generous supporters, we’ve been a lifeline for more than 80 years, helping our neighbors in crisis overcome obstacles and stronger, build more stable lives.
Every story is different — a mother and baby with no safe place to sleep, a veteran burdened by trauma, a homebound senior without food. Yet they share one thing in common: Catholic Charities NH was there when it mattered most.

Our Collective Impact
Through our wide range of programs, and the generous support of our donors, we help individuals and families of all backgrounds across New Hampshire access the resources, support and guidance to move them beyond crisis and hardship to more stable, self-sufficient lives.

Pounds of food were delivered to homebound seniors in greater Manchester and greater Nashua through the caregivers program, ensuring they avoid food insecurity
Struggling & veterans facing homelessness, post-traumatic stress, and other challenges worked to rebuild their lives and access basic needs through Liberty House.
nights of housing preserved for 1,796 individuals statewide receiving energy, electric and shelter assistance through our Community Services program.
