Comfort For Those Who Mourn
Are you or someone you know struggling with the death of a spouse, child, parent, best friend, sibling or other relative? Those who mourn need understanding, hope and comfort.
A Bereavement Support Group can help. Survivors benefit greatly from talking with others who have had similar experiences and can listen with open, compassionate hearts.
Catholic Charities is forming a Bereavement Support Group for those living in the Berlin area beginning Sept. 26. All who lost loved ones are welcome regardless of faith tradition.
This 6-week program will be held 6-7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays at the Berlin District Office, 151 Emery St. Pre-registration is required. Please call Nicole Plourde, the office outreach coordinator, at 603-752-1325 to register of for more information.
Sessions are informal. Topics will include Understanding Grief; Emotions: Loneliness and Anger; Remembering; Holiday and Faith Traditions; Coping Strategies; Hope and New Beginnings.
