CCNH Appoints Collins Cline and Hoffer to Board of Trustees

Catholic Charities NH, the state’s largest human services organization, appointed Lauren Collins Cline and Doug Hoffer to its Board of Trustees.

Collins Cline is currently Vice President for Montagne Powers, one of New Hampshire’s leading strategic communications firms. She provides media relations, thought leadership, and crisis communications support for clients in a range of sectors. Prior to joining Montagne Powers, she held corporate communications roles at Catholic Medical Center and Eversource. She was also a reporter for New England Cable News for eight years, including six as the Chief of the New Hampshire Bureau.

Collins Cline is the immediate past chair of the New Hampshire Foundation for Healthy Communities, serves on the Board of WinnAero, and is a member of Leadership Greater Manchester’s Steering Committee. She serves on the Catholic Charities NH’s Resource Development Committee and was a past Board member for the Manchester Community Resource Center. She is also the owner of Slightly Crooked Pies, a wholesale and direct-to-consumer baking business. Collins Cline is a graduate of the University of Hartford.

Hoffer is the Chief People Officer for Access Information Management, where he leads human capital strategies to achieve the highest levels of performance across the organization. An accomplished HR executive with over 30 years of experience building and retaining best-in-class teams, Doug provides HR leadership across all talent strategy activities globally. Prior to joining Access, he held various HR leadership roles at a variety of healthcare, financial services, and aerospace and defense organizations, including Fidelity Investments, Wellington Management Company, and The Mentor Network/Sevita.

Hoffer holds an MBA from Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is also a Permanent Deacon for the Diocese of Manchester, currently serving at St. Joseph the Worker Parish in Nashua.
