Catholic Charities NH Recognized for Quality Care

Once again, all eight Catholic Charities New Hampshire skilled nursing facilities received above-average ratings from the US Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), as part of their March 2019 star ratings for quality care. Six facilities – Mt. Carmel (Manchester), St. Vincent (Berlin), St. Teresa (Manchester), Warde (Windham), St. Ann (Dover) and St. Joseph Residence (Manchester) – all received five-star ratings, the highest possible. St. Francis (Laconia) and Good Shepherd (Jaffrey) were given four stars.

This builds on some very impressive 5-star streaks:

  • 5+ years for Warde Health Center and St. Joseph Residence
  • 36 consecutive months for Mt. Carmel
  • 34 straight months for St. Vincent
  • 18 consecutive months for St. Ann
  • 15 straight months for St. Teresa
