Catholic Charities NH Recognized for Quality Care

Once again, all eight Catholic Charities New Hampshire skilled nursing facilities received above-average ratings from the US Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), as part of their March 2019 star ratings for quality care. Six facilities – Mt. Carmel (Manchester), St. Vincent (Berlin), St. Teresa (Manchester), Warde (Windham), St. Ann (Dover) and St. Joseph Residence (Manchester) – all received five-star ratings, the highest possible. St. Francis (Laconia) and Good Shepherd (Jaffrey) were given four stars.

This builds on some very impressive 5-star streaks:

5+ years for Warde Health Center and St. Joseph Residence
36 consecutive months for Mt. Carmel
34 straight months for St. Vincent
18 consecutive months for St. Ann
15 straight months for St. Teresa
