CCNH Skilled Nursing Facilities Receive 2026 Customer Experience Award

Five Catholic Charities NH skilled nursing facilities have received a 2026 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights, a national benchmark of quality customer service within the senior care industry, solidifying their position in the top echelon of care providers nationwide.

St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dover, St. Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Laconia, St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, St. Vincent Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Berlin, and Warde Senior Living in Windham were all consistently ranked within the top 15% of care providers across the nation over the past 12 months on key customer service and operational areas.

The five facilities scored outstanding performance in metrics such as nursing care, life enrichment activities, seamless admission processes, safety and security, and more. Feedback was collected from monthly phone interviews with resident families over the past year. They were the only New Hampshire facilities to receive this honor.

“Our residents and their families trust us to deliver the highest level of compassion and personalized care day in and day out,” said Alain Bernard, Assistant Vice President of Healthcare Services for Catholic Charities NH. “Earning that trust – and maintaining the highest level of care – is the foundation of what we do. Achieving some of the nation’s highest levels of consumer confidence and satisfaction is a testament to our staff and leadership who give their all every single day.”

“It is our pleasure to congratulate Catholic Charities NH for their well-deserved achievement in winning the Customer Experience Award,” says Bud Meadows, Chief Executive Officer of Activated Insights. “It’s wonderful to see the hard work that Catholic Charities NH is putting in to provide high-quality care—their effort isn’t going unnoticed.”

This recognition marks the latest national honor for Catholic Charities NH skilled nursing facilities. Both St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and Warde Senior Living were recently named among U.S. News & World Report’s Best Nursing Homes for 2026.
