Since 1945, Catholic Charities NH has served hundreds of thousands of individuals and families statewide, driving systematic change and moving lives from crisis and despair to self-sufficiency and stability. Beginning 75 years ago as an organization focused on services for children and seniors, Catholic Charites NH has grown into one of the state’s largest nonprofit social services agencies, building its wide range of programs to continually meet changing community and social needs, such as those related to poverty, mental health, substance use, protection of the elderly, emotional and behavioral disabilities among children, and most recently, homelessness in the veteran community. Today, the organization has more than 20 service locations, 1,000 employees, and seven award-winning skilled nursing facilities statewide.
