Bereavement Support Group
Experiencing Loss, Being Lost and Finding Your Way Again
Have you experienced the loss of a spouse, family member, friend or loved one? Are you looking for ways to better manage and cope with the struggles you may be facing?
Catholic Charities NH is here to help with a special online support group for those who are grieving. “Bereavement – Experiencing Loss, Being Lost and Finding your Way Again” is a five-session program where participants will learn about the dynamics of grief and ways of coping while healing. You will also have the opportunity to both be supported and give support to others who are sharing this painful journey. Though the experience of grief is isolating, you will discover that you are truly not alone!
