Catholic Charities New Hampshire has hired David Twitchell as its Vice President of Human Resources. Twitchell brings 25 years of experience in the field, and will be managing the needs of nearly 1,000 employees across the state. Previous experience includes Director of HR at Rutland Regional Medical Center in Rutland, VT; Interim Director of HR at Gouverneur Hospital in Gouverneur, NY for Leaders for Today out of Plymouth, MA; and Associate Director of HR for Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic, Lebanon, NH.
