Dr. Cecilia Stuopis Joins Catholic Charities NH Board

Catholic Charities NH, the state’s largest human services organization, announced that Cecilia Warpinski Stuopis, MD, MS, has joined its Board of Trustees.
Dr. Stuopis currently serves as Chief Health Officer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). As MIT’s senior physician, she provides strategic, clinical and administrative leadership for MIT Health, overseeing healthcare services across its Cambridge and Lexington campuses. She also advises MIT leadership on campus healthcare policies and healthcare benefit plan design.
Dr. Stuopis also spent 15 years at Dartmouth Health, where she most recently served as Vice President and Executive Medical Director for Accountable Care. In that role, she oversaw the health system’s accountable care organization (ACO) programs, including their implementation, medical management, quality performance and contracts. She is a practicing board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist.

Dr. Stuopis earned her BS in aeronautics and astronautics from MIT and her MD from the University of Nevada School of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Ohio State University College of Medicine and earned a master’s degree in healthcare delivery science from Dartmouth College. Dr. Stuopis lives in Amherst, N.H.
