Warde Achieves Highest Level of Federal & State Standards

Warde Senior Living has achieved four deficiency-free ratings in four separate surveys over the past two months, a rare accomplishment highlighting exceptional quality of care, excellent customer service and the highest safety standards for its residents.

In February and March, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (NH DHHS) conducted quality of care and life safety surveys at both the Warde Rehabilitation & Nursing Center and Warde Assisted Living. Both facilities not only met but exceeded rigorous federal and state standards for care, quality, and resident safety, while ensuring the physical environment adheres to the utmost safety standards, providing a secure living situation for all.

“Achieving four deficiency-free surveys in such a short span is truly unprecedented,” said Shari LaRoche, Administrator of Warde Senior Living. “It vividly showcases our staff’s dedication to excellence in care, ensuring every resident receives the highest standard of support, tailored to their specific needs.”

Warde Senior Living serves the healthcare needs of individuals and families throughout southern New Hampshire through short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation care, long-term care, respite care, assisted living and independent living. For more information, visit wardeseniorliving.org
