Catholic Charities NH, the state’s largest human services organization, announced the appointment of Stephanie Nelson Wimmer to its Board of Trustees.

Wimmer is a seasoned leader in the medical technology industry, specializing in the intersection of business and healthcare, with a focus on health economics, health policy, reimbursement, and global market access. She currently leads the Global Health Economics, Market Access, and Reimbursement (HEMAR) organization for Philips, overseeing patient access for the corporation’s $18 billion product portfolio. Previously, she was the VP of Health Economics, Policy, and Reimbursement for Medtronic’s Medical Surgical and Neuroscience Portfolios.

Wimmer holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Religion from Hamilton College, a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. A resident of Windham, she serves on Catholic Charities NH’s Compliance and Healthcare Committees and is an elected member of the Windham School Board. Wimmer is also active in St. Matthew’s Parish in Windham, having served on its Pastoral Council for 14 years.
