Liberty House Receives $25,000 Grant

The grant from Swim With A Mission extends Liberty House’s services for veterans transitioning to independent living.

All three transitioned from LNAs to LPNs as part of Pathways, which provides scholarship opportunities for healthcare nursing professionals.

The evening will include a variety of authentic Cajun cuisine, games, live and silent auction items, dancing and more.

All event proceeds will benefit Liberty House, which provides a sober residential program and community pantry for veterans across New Hampshire.

The organization also reappointed Ouellette, Huard, Powers and Ford to their roles on the Executive Committee.

Proceeds from this event will go towards expanding Liberty House’s transitional living program, making it accessible to more veterans.

The event highlighted how ‘Faith in Action’ is the driving force behind CCNH’s mission of providing programs that heal, comfort, and empower.

Fredrickson will connect supporters to passions that matter most to them – top issues affecting individuals and families statewide.

The grant, covering the period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, will be used to provide Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) casework services.

All proceeds benefited Liberty House, providing substance-free housing and resources that help veterans transition back to independence.
